Small Breed Leather Training Lead

A 2m (6ft) leather dog training lead suitable for small breeds and puppies (under 10kg). This lead is equipped with two trigger clips and three attachment points allowing you to use it at varying lengths or even around your body as a hands-free leash. The leather is 12mm wide with small clips to reduce the weight on your small dog's neck.

In our shop, we also have a training lead for medium to large breeds.

The leather is cut from our premium Italian full grain hides which are ethically sourced from high-welfare beef farms. This makes the leather used for your lead is not only sustainable, but part of the chain in achieving a zero-waste meat industry. The tanning process takes place in the UK using natural dyes made from plants and botanicals, meaning it is safe for your pet.

This training lead can be saddle stitched at no extra cost instead of being riveted as shown in the product images. Please just message us to let us know if you would prefer this.

Adjustable Length:

6ft long but adaptable, the multiple attachment points mean you can easily change the length of this lead whilst on the go. This makes it a great multi-purpose and general use leash. Additionally, it is very simple to tether your dog when visiting a café or pub.

Our 3.5mm thick leather gives you peace of mind that your leash is sturdy enough to withstand even the strongest of dogs. If cared for properly, leather makes a fantastic, long-lasting leash. We will send you detailed care instructions with your order.

Your lead will be made using time-tested, traditional techniques. This means it is crafted using the same kind of hand tools that would have been used in leathercraft for hundreds of years.
