SHIPPING POLICY

All our products are handmade to order, so workshop times can vary throughout the year and vary between products. However, we aim to have all products leave our workshop by a maximum of 7 days and, as a general rule, will complete orders within 3-5 business days.

 

Occasionally we may need further measurements to ensure we get the best fit for your dog. We endeavour to ask for this additional information as quickly as possible to prevent any delays. 

 

All Domestic (UK) orders are free delivery and posted using Royal Mail 1st Class services. We do not currently use courier services, but please contact us to discuss if this is an additional service you would like. We are always glad to accommodate where possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

If you have ordered the wrong item or size and wish us to remake your collar or carry our restorative works, we may ask you to pay a resizing fee depending on the circumstances. This is in order to cover the cost of extra leather, hardware, materials and postage. We will discuss this with you on a case by case basis.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom designed or personalised orders.

​

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
