A traditional leather hound collar for Greyhounds, Whippets, Lurchers and other sighthounds, handmade to measure in our Derbyshire workshop.
Its distinctive tapered shape provides a broader contact area around the neck, with a narrower buckle strap for a comfortable fit. Made from carefully finished full-grain leather, this simple, unpadded design offers a less bulky alternative to our padded hound collars.

Sizing and Fit
Every Kegdog collar is individually made to your dog's measurements.
Use a flexible fabric measuring tape to measure around your dog's neck or head, following our measuring instructions before ordering. There is a guide photo showing how to do this for each collar design.
We ask for a photograph of your dog being measured so we can better understand their individual needs. This helps us take into account coat thickness, head shape, ears and other features that may affect how the collar fits, allowing us to make it as comfortable and well-fitting as possible.

Perfect for my lurcher. I'd looked at lots of other fishtail collars but this one had the best quality hardware, and two generous D rings, when most have just one - so one can be used to hang his tag, and the other for the lead. The leather smells lovely, and the colour (brown) really brings out his amber eyes.
