Flat Leather Semi Slip Collar
A simple flat leather semi-slip collar, handmade to measure in our Derbyshire workshop. Made from a flat leather strap with an additional O-ring set into the leather, this design offers limited tightening without a buckle or martingale chain. It slips over the head and sits loosely around the neck when the lead is relaxed. Choose from three widths to suit your dog: 12mm narrow, 20mm standard or 32mm wide.

Sizing and Fit
Every Kegdog collar is individually made to your dog's measurements.
Use a flexible fabric measuring tape to measure around your dog's neck or head, following our measuring instructions before ordering. There is a guide photo showing how to do this for each collar design.
We ask for a photograph of your dog being measured so we can better understand their individual needs. This helps us take into account coat thickness, head shape, ears and other features that may affect how the collar fits, allowing us to make it as comfortable and well-fitting as possible.

Each collar is cut and finished by hand using traditional leatherworking techniques.
The flat leather strap forms a slip collar, while the additional O-ring interrupts the sliding action at a predetermined point. This creates a limited slip design without the need for a martingale chain.
Unlike a full slip collar, the inset ring prevents further tightening once the stopping point is reached, provided the collar is correctly fitted.
Important: A semi-slip collar should be correctly fitted so that the tightening action is limited. It should not be used as a tethering collar.
